Delivery and Fulfilment Policy
Dating Diagnostic services are personalised digital professional services delivered by MV Astrosunshine Pvt Ltd.
When the timeline starts
Delivery time begins only after both confirmed payment and complete intake submission, including all required screenshots, photos, prompts, notes, or scheduling information.
Standard delivery
Standard written reports and eligible digital deliverables are typically delivered within 48–72 hours after payment confirmation and complete intake.
Express delivery
When express delivery is purchased and applicable to the selected service, the target is approximately 24 hours after payment confirmation and complete intake. We will tell you if the service or submitted material is not eligible for express handling.
Incomplete information
Missing, inaccessible, unclear, or incomplete intake information pauses the delivery timeline. The timeline resumes when the requested material is received and usable.
Delivery channel
Reports and written deliverables are sent digitally to the email address used for the purchase or made available through the private client area where applicable. Live advisory sessions are scheduled by email.
Clarifications and revisions
You may request clarification about a delivered report by email. Any included revision scope depends on the service purchased; new material or a substantially different brief may require a new service.
